Keystone Property Management began its business in May, 1994 under the name of New East Management. In September, 2000 the name was changed to S&P of Greenville, NC, LLC, doing business as Keystone Property Management. Our core focus is Residential Property Management and Homeowner Association Management.
We currently manage approximately 500 residential rental properties and some small commercial properties in the Greenville, NC area. We are the leader in Homeowner Association Management with 50 communities representing over 3000 homeowners.
