Emailed maintenance requests are not checked on the weekends or holidays.

If you have an emergency, please call 252-355-8884, extension 25 and leave a clear and detailed message with your name, address and phone number and the nature of your problem. Our on-call maintenance technician will be paged and we will contact you as soon as possible.
